Sean has come out multiple times to address my HVAC and plumbing issues. Every time he is reasonable, thorough and explains everything he did. Would highly recommend him.

Me and my 6 children were suffering from heat exhaustion over this past July because our central air went down! Well, these pro’s came through! Goodness gracious, these great people came in, fixed my issue and BOOM! We were sitting comfortably for the remainder of the summer! Hat’s off to you gentleman!

Their service was phenomenal, earlier this week we thought our AC unit was done, Sean was at our home within minutes of our call and was able to get us back up and running! We will most definitely be using Sean moving forward for all our HVAC & plumbing needs!

Fantastic experience! Sean and crew replaced our split AC outside and in the attic. We trusted Sean in the lead-up because he didn’t just say we needed a new unit - he wanted to inspect it to make sure it was beyond repair. Pricing is fair. It was a struggle to get a tank and a burner and it took us 2 weeks for us to get our hot water back and when it was time to find someone I was recommended by my friend and that is where we met Sean and he was awesome he explained what was needed and what needs to be done. He then came once we were set and was very professional and understanding of our situation and he was fast precise and did a great job and recommended what else should be done and for that I am grateful and will always call him when we need him so we will be seeing again. We’ve used Phoenix Mechanical Services LLC for a few emergency HVAC calls at our rental properties and highly recommend Sean. While other companies were booked out a week and recommended entirely new furnace & on-demand hot water system, Sean showed up same or next day, properly diagnosed the root cause, and had the parts ordered before he walked off site. In both cases, our tenants were back up and running in less than 48 hours — and for a fraction of the cost we were being quoted elsewhere. Honest, detail-oriented service from a small family-owned business. Exactly where we want to spend our money!

We met Sean at Home Depot after recently discovering that our furnace had a crack and needed to be replaced. These guys were amazing. I called around 7 pm because my boiler was spitting out tons of soot and needed a cleaning done badly. He came out the next day and banged it out in no time. Super reasonably priced. I will tell everyone I know to call these guys. Absoultly amazing! If you are looking to get any plumbing or hvac work done look no further!! I had an issue with my heat this past winter when it was extrmly cold. Not only did sean answer my call immediately he was able to come the next day! He is efficient, clean, uncomparable quality and you can't beat his pricing!!

My parents needed someone to take a look at their fridge ice maker and some faucet leaks. Sean was so responsive, came by a few hours later the same day, and my parents couldn’t say enough positive things. Sean replaced our water heater and cleaned our furnace yesterday. My husband and I were extremely impressed with his work ethic, professional and how quickly he had gotten the job done.
